cenTER Annual Development Seminar

Annual Development Seminar (ADS)

Every year, in early September, cenTER organises an Annual Development Seminar (ADS) on behalf of the University of Aarhus.

The theme of the seminar varies. It is normally a theme of general interest to people working in the field of “development”, both people from within the University of Aarhus, as well as representatives of the general Danish resource base on Research and Development.

The Presentations normally include aspects of capacity building, research findings to support the theme. New policies in relation to the topic of key donors.

Speakers normally cover a wide variety of specialities and normally include an international key note speaker as well as a speaker from a donor (e.g. Danida, the World Bank) or major development institution (e.g. UNDP, Unesco).

We normally publish a short summary of the meeting on the web-site.

The seminar is open for all and free to attend.
